It’s a holiday concept providing more than just accommodation. We offer free services, helping you to organise all the elements of your holiday and making it as hassle-free as possible, from booking to arrival and beyond.

  • We organise your lift passes in advance so you have them when you arrive
  • We book your lessons and activities so you don’t have to worry about organising yourself and everyone else
  • Our transfer partner Haute Transfer are reasonably priced and offer excellent customer service
  • We get you exclusive deals and great discounts off ski hire at our ski equipment partner, O’Shop
  • We can advise the best restaurants to go to avoid tourist traps and can even book them for you

SnoStation philosophy is that even serious adventure-holidays should give you more than just the mountains, so we are always on hand to help, organise and advise, whatever your needs.


Our office is located in Chamonix Sud, which is very close to many of our apartments, and to the Aiguille du Midi lift.

The office hours are 09h30 to 17h30, open every day.

We are also available on 00 33 6 76 62 27 49. If the office is closed please do not hesitate to contact us on this number.

Check-in instructions are provided by email 14 days before arrival, and will tell you how to access your property.

We are able to accommodate arrivals after office hours. We ask you what time you will be arriving in Chamonix so that we can get the correct check-in instructions to you, so please do let us know.
