- email us on stay@snostation.com
- or go to the 'rates and availability' section of the apartment that you like, and fill in the enquiry form.
3- Confirmation of details
Once we receive your call/email/enquiry form we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, price and services required.
4- Reservation deposit
If you are happy to proceed with the reservation, you will need to provide a reservation deposit of 30%* of the price of the apartment no more than 7 days after your confirmation of booking. This deposit can be provided by a French bank card, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) on a secure online payment system, or direct transfer to our bank account. If you are paying by credit card there is a fee of up to 3% applicable. If you are paying by bank transfer, we require the agreed sum to be sent, plus all bank charges. If we receive less than the agreed sum due to bank charges or other, the difference will be payable in cash on arrival. We will provide these payment details when you have confirmed your booking.
If payment is not received your reservation will not be made.
*If you are booking the apartment within 8 weeks of arrival then the full accommodation price will be due to secure the booking.
We reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit and/or request passports and credit card details on arrival, if we feel it is appropriate to do so.
Booking assumes you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
5- Final Payment
Full and final payment of accommodation is due 8 weeks before the day of your arrival in Chamonix. Services (lift passes, transfers etc) may be paid up to 2 weeks before arrival, or in certain pre-agreed cases we may be able to take cash on the day of arrival.
NB. The only payment we do not take is ski hire which will be paid directly to the hire shop on arrival.
A Bit of Advice
At peak times of the season i.e. Christmas and New Year, end of January, and all of February, it is advisable to reserve ski/board lessons and equipment hire as soon as possible as they can run out.
