Arrival and Departure
All rentals start from 4.30pm and end at 10.30am. Apartments cannot be entered until 4.30pm on day of commencement of the holiday or left after 10.30am on the final day of the holiday, unless otherwise agreed with us.
On arrival
If you are booking your transfers from the airport with SnoStation transfer partners Haute Pursuit, they will contact you directly the night before your travel by text to the mobile number you have provided to confirm the time of your pick up and your driver's number. At the airport the transfer driver is waiting with a sign for your name at the exit of the arrivals section of the airport, or if not there he will be at the Hub Cafe just beside arrivals. If you cannot find your driver for any reason, contact them directly on the driver number you have been texted or contact Haute Pursuit office directly, the number of which is provided on your booking confirmation which you receive by email, on booking the transfer.
If not booking transfers with us, we will meet you at a convenient place to give you your key, and if booking equipment passes, lessons with us, we will show you where to go and what to do.
On Leaving
If booking your return transfer with SnoStation transfer partner Haute Pursuit, they will pick you up at the apartment or an agreed meeting spot and return you to the airport. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are fully aware of the time and location of pick up and have verified this with the transfer company.
In case of any queries on the day of travel or before you should contact the transfer driver or the transfer office directly.
The number of your driver, which will be texted to you on the number that you provided to them, by Haute Pursuit by 6pm the night before departure, and the number of their office is on their booking confirmation which you will have received directly.
NB All hire equipment must be returned to the hire shop before they pick you up. They do not stop at the hire shop on the return journey.
