Arrival and Departure

All rentals start from 5pm and end at 10am. Apartments cannot be entered until 4.30pm on day of commencement of the holiday or left after 10.30am on the final day of the holiday, unless otherwise agreed with the Owner.

On arrival

If you are booking your transfers from the airport with SnoStation, then you have no need to worry as we will sort everything out for you. We pick you up at the airport, take you to the hire shop en-route to the apartment, give you your ski pass and show you where to register for your lessons.
If not booking transfers with us, we will meet you at a convenient place to give you your key, and if booking equipment passes, lessons with us, we will show you where to go and what to do.

On Leaving

If booking your return transfer with SnoStation, we pick you up at the apartment and return you to the airport.
NB All hire equipment must be returned to the hire shop before we pick you up. We do not stop at the hire shop on the return journey.
If not returning to the airport with Snostation, please drop off the keys at a prior agreed venue.
